The boys and girls loved making food for the birds with cheerios, threading them on to strings to hang. They hung them outside, high,so the birds could get them! Yummy!
The children also made bird feeders by rolling a cardboard tube into honey and smothering it in oats and raisins! The boys and girls also melted some lard and added some yummy ingredients that they knew the birds would love!
