Screens are a big part of our lives, especially in this current climate and while they do have a place to play, it is important to limit children’s access to screen time. Try to reduce the amount of time you are using screens (phone, tablet, laptop, TV) and spend this time playing, singing and talking with your child. This helps builds foundations for lots of skills such as attention, listening, play, interaction, understanding and communication.
