We were very impressed with your portfolio which clearly meets the three principles of Learn, Action and Share across teachers, pupils, students, parents and the wider community.
Our visit yesterday confirmed that your school is putting into practice all the elements of best practice recommended by the Schools of Sanctuary scheme.
We look forward to hearing how you provide opportunities to continue to learn and understand other cultures.
We also hope that you will share your journey of sanctuary with the growing number of schools and colleges aspiring to join this program. There are now upwards 60 Schools of Sanctuary, mainly in Belfast, but with a growing number in Derry/Londonderry.
